Shipping That Fits the Plan

We ship travel bags and packing essentials to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing and transit are separate

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After the order is dispatched, standard transit takes 2–7 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier interruptions, severe weather, and address issues may affect delivery.

Shipping cost

The threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after any eligible discounts, before tax and shipping. Your available shipping charge appears in your bag and at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Tracking and address details

We send shipment information to the email address supplied with your order. Please check your street address, unit or lot number, state, and ZIP code before submitting. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may be unavailable once an order has been dispatched.

When a delivery needs attention

If a shipment is missing, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us with the order number and relevant photos when available. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. We will explain the next steps and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you of the delay and offer the choice to accept a revised dispatch date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
