Returns & Refunds

If a bag does not fit your plans, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with their original packaging. Please keep any included straps, pouches, and other parts together with the item.

How to return an item

  1. Email [email protected] or call 714-487-7866 with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. You may contact us first for help with the process.
  2. Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number and contact details so we can identify the return.
  3. Send the return to the address below. Use a trackable service and retain the shipment receipt.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping when the item has a quality defect, we sent the wrong item, or the item was damaged in transit. Contact us before sending it so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping arrangement. Photos can help us understand the issue.

For other reasons, including a change of mind or a size preference, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspection and refunds

We inspect returns within 3–5 business days after receiving them. If approved, we initiate a refund to the original payment method and email you a confirmation. The time it takes the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. If the returned item does not meet the conditions, we will explain the reason and discuss the available next steps.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different style, return the original item under this policy and place a separate order for the item you want. Contact us promptly about cancellations; once an order has been dispatched, the return process applies. A wrong, damaged, or defective item is handled at our expense as described above.
